Conditions

  • Reservation:
    the accommodation is considered officially booked only after payment of the deposit of 30% of the total amount.
  • Check-in: from 01:00 pm
  • Check-out: by 10:00 am
  • Late check-out (afternoon departure):
    – in the low season, afternoon departure is allowed and free if the accommodation is not required for an incoming customer.
    – in the high season, afternoon departure requires the additional payment of 50% of the single day rate.
  • Minimum stay:
    1 night in the low season.
    2 nights in the new year period.
    7 nights in the high and very high seasons. Bookings of less than a week are accepted only a few days in advance.
  • Cancellation:
    In the case of cancellation with notice given at least a week in advance (excluding mid-August), the recovery of the entire deposit will be possible by making another stay whose value is equal to or greater than the amount of that previously booked, excluding peak periods.
  • Children:
    – FREE: baby (0-1 year old), up to the date of the 2nd birthday.
    – REDUCED: children (2-9 years old), up to the date of the 9th birthday. From 10 years of age, children pay the same as adults.
  • Animals:
    we are pet-friendly, and we have always accepted large dogs as long as they respect the rules and do not disturb others.
  • Extra services:
    – linen not included (valid for apartments and Bungalow).
    – heating charged separately at the end of the stay (valid for apartments and Bungalow).
    – cleaning at the end of your stay: €40 (free if the accommodation is left clean) (valid for apartments and Bungalow).
    – for pet owners, a supplement of €10 for additional final cleaning (valid for apartments and Bungalow).
    – any extra guests (who will be able to use the camping services) will have to pay the daily fee.
